We just got back from an amazing trip to Las Vegas to celebrate Loloi rugs 20th anniversary. Amethyst has been selling Loloi rugs for seven years and it was actually the first rug company I partnered with when we opened in 2017. What I love about Loloi Rugs is that they are really known for their high/low texture, innovative technology, and influential design.
During the 20th anniversary party (which included champagne toasts and a private concert by Kenny G!) Amir Loloi released his best rug collection yet - the Heritage collection.
What impressed us most about this collection was it’s striking antique rug design, complex colors, and moth-eaten effects to mimic an antique rug. It comes in amazing new sizes like the 12 ft square, 15 ft square, and even 13 x 16.
My favorite colors in the collection are the Mocha / Denim, Bark / Multi, Ocean / Sand and Spa / Earth (linked!)
These rugs, feel smooth and silky to the touch, which is a unique feature, unlike traditional Persian rugs. They are easy to clean perfect for robot vacuums, two sides of the rug feature, a traditional fringe, with a beautiful stitching detail on the remaining sides. Which color is your favorite?
